Jones Group is a Kyiv-based branding and web design agency. While we’ve spent a lot of time working with clients in the UK, we are now focusing our energy on the Ukrainian market.
We need someone to take charge of our business development and stay with the clients throughout their journey with us. This isn’t a "set and forget" sales role. You will find the clients, bring them on board, and then act as their main point of contact and project manager until their website or brand is launched.
You’ll be working directly with the founder and will have a massive impact on how we grow in the local market. This is a great spot for someone who likes design, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to see a project through from an idea to a live website.Responsibilities:
- Finding Ukrainian businesses and startups that need better design and reaching out to them with personalised, helpful introductions.
- Acting as the bridge between the client and our design team. You’ll make sure the client’s vision is being met and keep things on schedule.
- Helping us stay visible by assisting with our social media presence-sharing our latest work and updates.
- Representing the agency at local events and meetups in Kyiv to build face-to-face relationships.
- Being the friendly, reliable point of contact from the first hello to the final project handover.
About You:
- Native Ukrainian speaker with a high level of English (B2 or higher).
- You should be a “people person” who can build trust without using pushy sales tactics. We don’t do “hard selling”.
- You’ll be overseeing projects from start to finish, so you need to be someone who doesn’t let details slip through the cracks.
- You understand the current business environment in Ukraine and know how to talk to local founders and owners.
- We are remote for now, but you should be based in or near Kyiv as we plan to open a physical office soon and value in-person collaboration.

You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling video content and dynamic motion graphics that resonate with our clients' audiences. This role involves transforming raw footage and concepts into polished, engaging visual narratives for a variety of digital platforms. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of rhythm and pacing, and a creative flair for bringing ideas to life through motion.Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality content for various projects.
- Design and animate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance video productions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualise and execute video projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage and organise media assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements in video editing and motion design.
About You:
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
